Why leadership tend to fail

Why leadership tend to fail  When a leader's attitude is poor, people tend to turn away. Attitude is everything. Attitude can make you or it can break you.  Failure to delegate authority is the most important reason for leadership failure.  leaders who pass the responsibility to others without giving authority to carry out assigned duties.  Outstanding leaders know they are always responsible regardless of how much they delegate but in case of things goes against planning. No human ever became interesting by not failing. The more you fail and recover and improve, the better you are as a person. Ever meet someone who’s always had everything work out for them with zero struggle? They usually have the depth of a puddle. Or they don’t exist.” - Chris Hardwick   Even exceptional leaders often lose their focus on team members due to a restricting belief that more people- concentratd task will slow moving them and obstructing their capacity to perform to...

The best executive is the one who has sense enough to pick good men to do what he wants done, and self-restraint enough to keep from meddling with them while they do it. —Theodore Roosevelt   Outstanding leaders treat everyone with dignity and respect as this quality differe...

Inspirational leadership is the one the key quality of the successful leadership

Inspirational leadership is one of the key qualities of successful leaders.  leadership is all about inspiring others , and nurturing .  Leadership is like parenting.  In today’s developing world and in the time of technological advancement . We required leadership which is full of inspirational ability to transform team members and workplaces into powerhouses of motivation and inspiring others.  We need leaders to change others through inspiration and motivation. But moreover, we also require leadership to assist in developing and maintaining a smoothly functioning workplace. Still, they should also have strong leadership skills to maintain a positive thought 💭 process in work places for greater outcome and innovation.  successful leadership in today's fiercely competitive world, we need a new generation of purpose-driven leaders who can inspire people to believe that the impossible is possible, to believe that they can achieve the unimaginable.  We...

Leaders are different than Boses

Leaders are different than Boses .                  Leaders are different than boses. Subordinates and co-workers do not fear them they respect them. They are not forced to work rather they loved to work for them.  Leaders  teach there team how to face there most difficult task and issues.  Boses blame and tell there team it is not my job and my problem . It is your problems and your task you do it by yourself.  Boses When things got perfectly they take the credit and tell there team look 👀 how I act on all of you to get the job done .  But leaders are the one who take the responsibility either task went wrong or right and they share the credit with there team.

A visionary leader

A visionary leader  A visionary leader Ensures the vision becomes reality by setting clear goals for himself and others. Creating clear cut strategic plan for achieving those goals . Each individual in the organisation  to execute on the plan. Balancing individual goals on team level synchronised with organisational goals on organisational level.  leaders have vision and inspire others to help them turn vision into reality.  leaders create more leaders, not followers. leaders have vision, share vision, and inspire others to create their own.

Leadership in future workplaces

Leadership in future workplaces.  It is a virtual office, It’s not a cubicle, it’s not even an office. The workplace of the future is a melting pot of culture, shared sense of purpose, an virtual ecosystem built to drive your business value.  Growing global marketplaces, evolving technologies, and changing workspaces are major challenges faced in future for leaders.  How can a real leader inspire his or her teammates if those teammates are spread across the many cities, countries and throughout the world.  Real leaders, though, learn to cope with these new aspects of diversity and manage their companies to excel, in part, by capitalizing on the latest technologies and tools available.  They have learned that’s essential to remaining competitive. Leading a remote workforce takes more thought and planning from a communications standpoint.  But when done right, a leader becomes more conscious of teammates needs. Out of sight, or off-site, does not mean o...

Everyone one communicates but real leader connects

Everyone communicates but real leader connects.  Real leadership skill is connecting with team members and customers .  Everyone one communicates but leader connects with everyone.  Connecting is a key in any communication.  Leaders visions and personal values form the fabric of their missions, and help make their people great leaders and their companies hugely successful.  Real leader is master in the art of listening.  Real leaders personify their values and pay attention to what others say and do. They listen to teammates , to customers, and to the markets.     In reality We’ve all worked for them or heard about them , the boss who’s is inaccessible.   real leaders regularly mingles and mixes with, talks to, and learns from teammates, customers , competitors , markets and everyone nearby.  Bosses lock themselves away in their “ivory towers,” not reachable from those around them.  That communication creates an essential...

The boss is not a true leader

A Boss and not a true leader.  Sad to say that too many managers and corporate appointed “leaders” are actually bosses and not the true leader’s , they all are lacking in leadership ability and skill they all  have authority and power yet they are not real leaders because they lack the quality of taking Responsibility and initiative to lead to success overcoming difficulties and obstacles.  Lot of top management people feel that having a position of leadership and authority makes them superior from the rest of team members.  The leadership is nothing do with the position, designations and authority.  The Leadership is a responsibility and influencing others to show the way to success.  The Leaders decisions and actions have lot of impact.  The Leaders are accountable for the success and failure of hundreds and thousands of people. Too many people are dependent upon them.  Leaders are different than boses. Team members do not fear them they r...
