The boss is not a true leader

 A Boss and not a true leader. 


Sad to say that too many managers and corporate appointed “leaders” are actually bosses and not the true leader’s , they all are lacking in leadership ability and skill they all  have authority and power yet they are not real leaders because they lack the quality of taking Responsibility and initiative to lead to success overcoming difficulties and obstacles. 


Lot of top management people feel that having a position of leadership and authority makes them superior from the rest of team members. 


The leadership is nothing do with the position, designations and authority. 


The Leadership is a responsibility and influencing others to show the way to success. 


The Leaders decisions and actions have lot of impact. 


The Leaders are accountable for the success and failure of hundreds and thousands of people. Too many people are dependent upon them. 


Leaders are different than boses. Team members do not fear them they respect them. They loved to work for them. 


Boses takes credit do not take responsibility in case of failures , boses blame team members and does not give credit to anyone in the team.
